It is an interface tool for dictators and transcriptionists, which enables to capture patient’s diagnostic details and provides flexibility in generating customised MIS reports.

Cyber Dictation records the voice to the local PC. The module can Record, Rewind, Play and Fast Forward. Buttons also allow you to start a new report or change mode with the press of a button.

The voice recording is then converted to a digital format and stored on the computers. Demographic information that is input by the author is stored along with the recorded voice. This may also include information about the Voice file name, Voice file reference, Updated by, Updated on, Status, Destination File Name, Destination File Reference.
